• Comment: I’ve used certified for my business for 10+ years. ALWAYS easy to deal with. If I need something and call, it’s not a bunch of automated messages and whatnot. I can speak to a real person. Anytime I’ve had an alarm sound, they call within 10 seconds, every time. Even in the middle of the night, which had been the case a few times, they call immediately and send out police units. I can’t think of anything more that you can ask for honestly. Even when I want to add a detector or keypad, they have some one right out. Very easy to deal with and always very prompt and professional.
