• Comment: Had certified alarms for a year. I tried to switch to another alarms company for a cheaper price but the alarms company never bought me out of the Certified Alarms contract like they said they would. So I was stuck between 2 contracts. The other alarm company also charged me way more than they told me they would. I tried reaching out and reporting the other alarm company and they never responded. I let Certified Alarms know about my situation and one of their employees, Karen, was able to get in contact with the owner of the other company and have him agree to cancel my contract with them. Karen went above and beyond to help me in a tough situation. I’ll be staying with Certified Alarms from now on.
