• Comment: I have been with this company for 18 years and they have always called on an alarm sounding. Most of the time it is only me accidentally opening the wrong entry when the alarm is set. But that lets me know they are always monitoring my system. They also contact me when I backup battery is low so that I continue to get coverage in a power outage. Great company, very reasonable price. Would never switch, no need to.
