• Comment: I am so glad to leave this review.
  First of all the support staff has always been helpful and professional when I needed assistance ( David & Don).
  Then this morning I needed someone to come to my home because one of my camera wasn't working and then all of them stopped working.
  They scheduled me appointment for this week . Jeremy was ny technician this morning. He was on time and very kind and professional. He knew exactly what problems was when he reviewed everything.
  Jeremy reviewed everything with me and explained as he was changing things. It wonderful to be treated like your concerns are their concerns and that their focus is to fixed the problem.
  Thank you Jeremy for being technical correct and so professional. Give Jeremy a raise..!!!
