- Comment: We are very pleased with Certified Alarms -- they do excellent work. The staff is very polite on the phone-- and Don, the service manager, is very quick to return calls and answer questions. We were especially pleased with our last service call with Edward. He was ON TIME and very knowledgeable and answered our questions and explained the reasoning very well. We do recommend this company and they have a great Maintenance Contract.
