- Comment: I don't usually leave reviews but the customer service experience I got from Tj was outstanding! He didn't make us feel rushed or burdensome like most kids do now days! I was hesitant about leaving my former alarm company but he answered every question my wife and I had. We certaintly feel a whole lot better now having gone with Certified since dealing with Tj. If your looking for an alarm, or even just have questions ask for him!
