• Comment: When our home was constructed 16 years ago, they were our alarm system of choice due to others that recommended their services. A few years ago our home was burglarized and thanks to some observant neighbors, the perpetrators were apprehended, tried, convicted and are serving sentences. It was a wake-up call for me because we thought that we only needed the alarm service, when we vacationed or for an extended out-of-town visit. After that incident we immediately had our alarm system checked and updated. Certified¿s techs were extremely helpful. Each night and especially during the day we activate the system. The technological upgrades have kept our home and its inhabitants secure. On occasion when we accidentally open a door or window, the monitoring personnel quickly call to check our status. - Pat Shingleton WBRZ
